1973 (May 28) Pictorial Airmail envelope showing map of Vet-Nam & adjacent countries to Binh Duong bearing Viet Nam Chu Cong Hoa Military Free frank no value (-) soldier & Village (SG SMF 115) issued to Vietnam military tied Quan-Buu (Military Mail) cds & with red circular K.B.C. /3799 hand stamp ……… K.B.C.numbers are the equivalent of FPO’s & APO’s numbers with each unit being allocated a different number unfortunately all official records showing locations & Unit allocations was apparently destroyed when Saigon fell 30 April 1975.
