Naval mail from the Vietnamese side is seldom encountered & K.B.C.numbers are the equivalent of FPO’s & APO’s numbers with each unit being allocated a different number unfortunately all official records showing locations & Unit allocations was apparently destroyed when Saigon fell 30 April 1975.
