Kein Postaustau sch” (basically translates as “No Postal Exchange for the Time Being”) + Zuruck + green framed 22 MA 1979 /Beantworten hand stamps …….. There was a strike bby Post Office employees from 20 Feb to 26 Jun 1979 which was the first strike or other activity affecting postal services since the easter Rebelion of 1916 & Ireland was without postal services for these 4 months
