1918 (Jul 6) 20 Para Turkish postal stationary card to Godalming & forwarded to Brighton from Major Carlisle of the Royal Field Artillery, POW at Yozgad with boxed Turkish Censor hand stamp cancelled on arrival London /Paid (15 Aug) machine date stamp & with Godalming (16 Aug) transit cds …..Yozgad Camp about 125 east of Angora & opened 30 Jun 1916 for the POW’s from KUT. At the time this card was written the Camp housed only about 100 Officers together with 60 Orderlies
