1918 (Apr 19) plain envelope to Interned Belgian soldier, Amersfoort Camp & forwarded to Den Haag bearing untidily affixxed GV½d & 1d tied Hobart , Help Win the War slogan & with OPENED BY CENSOR label (Not listed Humphrey’s) tied faint circular CH.1 / Arms /PASSED BY / CENSOR & with on reverse smudged arrival cds (20 Jun)…..Not the most visual of covers but interesting censor label with overall measurements 58 x 42 mm with OBC 50 x 4.5mm & with oval O & C as opposed to the round example shown by Humphrey’s to which he states “Only Seen 1916”
