1914 (Jul 24) Plain envelope to Kogorah – Sydney bearing Germania 10pf & 20pf with HE perforated Indents tied Hanover belted cds & with translucent cellophane reclosing tape with dark blue 42 x 3mm OPENED BY CENSOR handstamp with alongside blue crayon 552 & on reverse Sydney 6 /N.S.W. (1 Aug) arrival datestamp….This closing tape and handstamp is not listed by Humphreys or any other reference that I am aware of.
