“1941 (Mar 2) Stuart Hosie, Bogota printed envelope endorsed Via Japan-Siberia but with routing instructions ignored to Hamburg bearing 10c + 5c + ½c tied Bogota datestamp & intercepted by British in Bermuda with PC90 Opened By /Examiner 5545 (Known stationed in Bermuda 7 Feb 41 – 9 Apr 43) with red crayon diagonal cross through label indicating Condemned & showing fragment of yellow PC 93 Reason for condemning letter label.
