Nicholls, Acting Vice Consul for Belgium, Roseau bearing Cuba 100th Anniv 1840-1940 of 1st stamp 10c tied Havana slogan date stamp & with Plain white resealing strip along top with on right side orange on white EXAMINED / BY CENSOR /P. & C.B label with blue crayon 228 added & on reverse Roseau (30 Mar) cds beneath GB label indicating it was sent by bag to London….Despite small scissor trim on left side on opening not affecting but a very interesting item
