Secretary Jewish Welfare from Jewish Community “B” Compound 2 Camp, Tatura bearing 2½d tied Melbourne / Vic cds with diamond Censor 122 & Approved for Transmission / by Camp Commandant & on reverse Censor label in 2 opposing lines tied Censor 122 ….The 2½d postage was not necessary but there was a lot of confusion amoung Internees & POW’s over Postal rates
